We are looking to hire a skilled, proactive, motivated and experienced Dispute Resolution lawyer to join our team. If you enjoy untangling complex legal disputes and crafting smart strategies, this position is for you. You will get to work on IBC matters, commercial litigation, consumer disputes, and arbitration cases and just as importantly, you will advise, strategize and build relationships with clients who value your insight. If you are looking for greater responsibility and your drafting skills are as strong as your courtroom game, we want to hear from you.

Interested applicants must have expansive experience in advising and counselling Indian as well as global conglomerates on diverse aspects of their businesses including drafting legal opinions, commercial contracting, structuring deals, due diligences, closing, and negotiations. They must have a thorough grasp on commercial laws including but not limited to Companies law, FEMA, corporate compliances, and allied regulatory/business laws. Candidates must be keen on analysing complex legal issues for providing pragmatic legal solution to clients, have astute legal analytical and concise drafting skills, and be zealous towards team work. If you have or aspire for any specific sector or practice area specialization, we consider it an added advantage.
